In August 2016, Amber joined the Catholic Charities Emergency Assistance Program as a part-time caseworker.  In 2017 she moved to full-time, taking on the responsibility of providing program support to the Long-Term Ombudsman Program.

Amber was invited to become the Program Director for Emergency Assistance, Bilingual Outreach, and Project HIRE in January 2019, a position she currently holds.

Amber received a Bachelor of Science Degree from William Woods College/University.  She completed the Diocese of Rockford’s Ministry Formation Program and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. Before working for Catholic Charities, Amber held a parish position for 10 years.
